As a outlook user, you can send and receive email from your existing mailboxes without having to migrate any email by usingconnected accounts. You can connect up to five other accounts, such as Outlook.com, Gmail and Yahoo! Mail.
The connected account feature downloads a copy of your current inbox email for immediate use in your Office 365 mailbox, allowing you to send and receive email without the hassle of disrupting mail routing.
You can also connect to your LinkedIn and Facebook contacts with connected accounts.
