The MAX4000-ACM** is an enhancement to AltiGen’s existing MAX1000 and MAX2000 platforms with support for up to 400 users, built in hot swappable RAID-1 hard drives and redundant hot swappable power supplies.
** The MAX4000 only supports MAX Communications Server 6.7 Update 1 and later versions. MaxCS 6.7 Update1 will be a full installation release and will replace MaxCS 6.7 release.

When used as an All-in-One PBX server the ALTI-VRES (MAX4000 Vision Resource Board) is also required. The ALTI-VRES provides station conference, MeetMe bridge and silent monitor/barge-in/coaching resources.
Max1000 and 2000 access cards are not interchangeable with the Max4000.
