Subject: MaxCS 6.7 end of support and service plan support information
This Field Alert provides a final reminder on the end of support date for MaxCS 6.7.
AltiGen will continue to support MaxCS 6.7 release for another 90 days or until 04/30/15. During this final time, AltiGen will accept support calls and provide assistance with configurations, however, no fixes will be made to release 6.7.x and below for any reason.
After April 30th 2015, support for 6.7 will be limited to software upgrade questions or a problem directly related to upgrading to a supported release.
With the release of MaxCS 7.5 ~3 months ago, AltiGen is now supporting release 7.5.0.504 and the immediate prior release, 7.0 Update1(7.0.1.103).
